Citrus Heights, California – Scott Harsch and Francie Keane attended the California State Agency Recognition Awards (SARA) sponsored by the Department of General Services to recognize state agencies and individual employees for their efforts made to work with California small businesses and California disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBE). According to the DGS website they “recognized 37 state departments and 20 state employees for their outstanding work with California small businesses and disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBEs).”  Recipients of top honors were listed on the website as follows:

Governor’s Award – Department of General Services, Procurement Division, and Multiple Awards Program.

Government Operations Agency Secretary’s Special Achievement Award –Department of Technology.

Small Business Advocate Innovation Award – Lynette Hall, California Public Employees Retirement System.
